From a very early age I was fascinated by people’s inner life. I trained and developed my career internationally, working in clinical and health psychology in Spain, Chile, and the United Kingdom. Moving around provided me with a special insight into the influence of culture and tradition. Supporting individuals who struggle with their bodies (due to illness and/or its appearance) broadened my understanding of the connection between body-mind and identity. Having worked extensively with children, couples, and families; I am drawn towards exploring the influence of attachment styles and relationship dynamics within adult life. I use an integrative approach to psychological therapy, tailoring my knowledge and skills to your needs and goals.
Although I deal with a broad variety of issues, I specialise in Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity (LGBTQI+). I am passionate about supporting minority communities and I frequently provide training and public speaking in this and other areas. I am a registered Clinical Supervisor with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I am registered practitioner in the UK with the Health and Care Professional Council (PYL31902) and deliver therapy in English and Spanish. Additionally, I am Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
